Mu also known as Lemuria was an ancient civilization that's said to been existing during the time of Atlantis and located in the Southern Pacific, between North America and Asia/Australia.
This lost continent was apparently the home of 64 million people who were advanced and highly spiritual, most likely the mother race of all mankind before it sank below the Pacific Ocean after a cataclysmic earthquake 60 000 years ago.
According to author James Churchward, Lemuria or Mu was about 5000 miles long and 3000 miles wide beautiful tropical paradise.
At its peak of civilization, the Lemurians were both highly evolved and very spiritual and they lived in a 5th dimension. Even though the concrete physical evidence of this lost continent has been difficult to find, many of us, like myself, just happen to "know" to have a strong connection to Lemuria (and/or Atlantis).
The Lemurian race has said to be a mixture of beings that mainly came from Sirius, Alpha Centauri and a smaller number of them from other planets.

James Churchward, in books such as The Lost Continent of Mu (1931), wrote that the Motherland stretched from the Hawaiian Islands to Fiji and from Easter Island to the Marianas.
Churchward considered a 1000 year-old ruined city Nan Madol that lies off the Eastern Shore of the Island of Pohnpei, in the Federated States of Micronesia, was one of the seven sacred cities of Mu.
Rising about 30 feet in height, black volcanic stones weighing many tons are stacked crisscross like a child's frontier fort.
It's one of the more enigmatic sites in the entire Pacific, yet archaeologists cannot explain how it got there.
